Even at night friendly staff. Place was clean. Order placed was correct

I'll probably always go to Starbucks. But this location can be slow. It seems understaffed. Plus the parking here is terrible. The staff is really friendly, but that doesn't make up for how long it often takes to get your drink, even when you mobile order.

The worst operating Starbucks due to the mobile order system. If you come into the store to order, count on waiting 15 mins for your beverage while the mobile orders come piling in, bumping your own order to the bottom. Clearly an error in the system because this shop is too small to operate this way. Shame I can’t use my neighborhood Starbucks

The app shut down at 230 even though they closed at 4. There was no communication about what to do if you can't order online. It took quite some time for anyone to come out of the store (where we were in a socially distanced que in 80 degrees) and explain any sort of process to us. Once someone did come out it was great, they took my drink order let me go get my app from the car (only way to pay) and made a delicious iced coffee. They def have some reopening kinks to work out but the coffee is still good.

Very disappointed. Limited parking spaces and limited seating. Barista filled four mobile orders and the guest behind me before she served me my simple order of a cafe mocha. This was my first visit to this location and most likely my last.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My drink is always different and always perfect. I love the to go ordering because it makes life so easy. I miss the blueberry muffin and the sausage sandwich but I'm assuming that was a corporate decision and not their fault. The only issue is parking. I know they've tried though and there just isn't anything else they can do.

As anyone will notice quickly, parking is not a strong suite for this location. Arrive off hours in order to gain a parking spot in the lot, or else you'll be hunting for street side spots. Once you get your spot though you'll have a good experience. Staff is friendly, atmosphere is pretty standard for a coffee shop. Folks here are typically friendly and unafraid to chat with you for a bit. Great spot to get work done late during the week, since it's one of the only local shops open late.

Always friendly & drinks are consistently better here than at another Starbucks about 5 miles away ! No drive-through, it's in a Barnes & Noble bookstore , but I'd still rather patronize this Starbucks!

Service was quick. I wanted whole milk on the side to add myself and barrista gave me half a cup of milk. More than I needed. Thank you Starbucks. Quick service this afternoon also . Hardly any wait time.

Hot chocolate in winter is yummy. So is coffee. And the cake pops are great for the little ones. My son usually grabs one and inhales it

By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in and not nearly as other busy stores I have been in. They need to do a better job here.

Unlike any other great Starbucks locations, this one was a bad experience. Parking was horrible. My green tea latte was 90% ice and milk. Tasted like whole milk with very slight hint of green tea. It wasn't even mixed properly. So much ice that I struggled to put a straw in, and my drink disappeared after 10 sips. Terrible. Will never come back even if I crave for Starbucks.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the Syracuse area. Their baristas seem to consistent and super friendly. Nice little outdoor patio area to sit. The only downside is the size of their parking lot. As you can see, there is much room to park, and people are always blocking other people. It can be a headache during a busy Saturday morning coffee run.

If Freedom is packed, I go here. If this place is packed I go to Freedom. Both are small, have great personnel, and usually good/good-enough music for studying/working.

Quite a bit of seating and two bathrooms means you won't have any trouble staying here awhile. Parking can be hit and miss because the location is busy but ive never had to wait long.Recently we ordered a tie dye frap which the app said was in but they were out. They went above and beyond even though we weren't upset which prompted me to write this. The comfortable convenient location brought me here, but the great staff will keep me coming.Only downside is the AC is too powerful sometimes (an issue at many Starbucks) so I started bringing a sweater.

Baristas were polite, and I got just what I ordered pretty quickly.

This franchise is the worst. Once again, after waiting 5 minutes for parking, got rude, sarcastic, slow, unhelpful service. Go across the street; can't order by app but less expensive, better coffee and attentive service at Freedom of Espresso.

Starbucks is a chain restaurant that has various types of coffee and some baked goods. They also sell bagged coffee and mugs.The main drawback to this location is the small parking lot which is often full. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate because a car or two or three is standing near the entrance either waiting to park or waiting for a passenger who is in the store making congestion worse.

Last time I went to this starbucks I waited forever behind a line of people while staff members just had conversations with each other...zero sense of urgency.I was never going to try it again but I got a giftcard for Christmas.....cant use gift card on app....called to place an order.....dont place orders over the phone. Will not be returning.

Hard location to get in and out. They expanded the seating area for customers a few years ago. I preordered so I can just walk in and out quickly. Friendly service.

If you’re in a hurry I would not bother with this place. No drive through and like eight parking spots, so good luck getting in and out. However, there is another location across the street inside Target so there’s that.

Very nice place. They extended the building and it offers more sitting place. The only thing missing is that they do not offer Starbuck's hot paninis such as chicken artichoke, etc.

I really like this place but the parking area is terrible as it is very limiting and cumbersome to get inside. A lot of the time you find yourself parking about 2 blocks away (around the corner) behind the car dealership but other than that it's good-to-go!

They have a awesome Pink drink and I love the tomato basil sandwhich.

Slowest Starbucks by far. Then people keep cleaning while they have people waiting 20 minutes for a moble order. I have been multiple times they never get better.
